Yes, we are a general medical clinic located in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. The doctor will usually bring common medication to housecall, but if there are special medications needed, we will arrange a transport to send the medication.
Surely. This is based on the doctor’s assessment. If you are deemed unfit to work, we will provide you with leave certificate (M.C.).
We cover the whole Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley area. However, the doctor fee is based on the time taken to travel to your place and also the type of service needed.
Unlike other online services which utilizes locum doctor, we have our permanent team of doctors and nurses to attend to your case. What this means is that your care will be continuous and your follow up will be by the same team throughout the treatment.
Our charges of RM150 – RM250 is for the doctor’s consultation and transportation fee. The charge for medication, procedure and treatment will be the same as standard clinic charges.
Depending on the nature of the emergency, our doctors are trained in Basic Life Support and Advance Life Support to provide you with necessary treatment while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Our equipment is complete to provide oxygen, nebulization and life saving medications.
