Our Executive Health Screening Package is the most comprehensive test. This package is suitable for clients who are doing health screening for the first time and also for those who has family history of cancer or malignancy. This package includes cancer and tumour marker screening, electrocardiogram (ECG) for the heart and chest x-ray.
Essential Health Screening Package
This Essential Health Screening Package, apart from testing important blood parameters, also test for blood group (A, B, AB or O) , thyroid function test, rheumatoid factor, and sexually transmitted disease.
Premium Health Screening Package
In our Premium Health Screening Package, apart from all test contained in the Executive Health Screening Package, we provide a full DNA/genetic analysis. DNA/genetic analysis is a once-in-a-lifetime test because our DNA and gene does not change over time, unlike other test like the kidney function or liver function. Our DNA will tell us risk of developing certain disease, best diet plan, what type of exercise we should be doing and a lot more.

The purpose of health screening for healthy individuals is early detection of any problem and disease. By detecting disease early, necessary step can be taken to prevent the disease from developing and complication associated with the disease.
Anyone who is 18 years and older should at least do health screening or medical check up once every five years.
Those with risk factors such as family history of medical problems, obesity or sedentary lifestyle should also check their health condition.
For anyone below 40 years old without any risk factors and medical problem, you should do health screening at least once every 5 years. For age group 40 years old to 60 years old, the recommended interval for medical check up is once every 3 years. And for 60 years and above, medical check up should be done annually.
The doctor will ask you a few questions to assess any risk of developing disease or illness, and proceed with physical examination. Based on the doctors findings, a further investigation such as blood test, ECG or chest X-Ray may be recommended to further evaluate your health.
Some blood test such as fasting blood sugar and fasting lipid profile uses a reference range that is different for those who are fasting and those who just took a meal. Other blood test such as full blood count, kidney function, liver function and urine test are not affected by meal. Ideally, you should fast for 6 to 8 hours before the examination. Drinking plain water is allowed during the fasting period.
